So I had to lock myself in my room with the sound turned all the way off, crappy reception, and unable to shout at the TV screen (my family was asleep), but I watched it!!
I am totally an arm-chair coach, but here is my $.02 anyway:
1) I could tell that Roy was *not* happy with the way the Heels played in the first half and part of the second. Their shot selection was bad and the didn't guard against the 3, even though dook was obviously hitting them in the first half.
2) It was called more or less fairly. There were missed calls on both ends but not nearly as bad as I've seen between UNC & dook.
3) I am impressed that even though Hansbrough is only a sophomore, he's shown he can step up and lead.
4) I know the rule about hanging on the rim and all that, but I don't think Tyler deserved that T he got. Roy wasn't happy about it either.
5) Almost laughed out loud when the ref told Coach K to sit down and shut up.
6) This almost makes up for losing to (unranked!) State the other night.

Here's one big WHOOP! shout-out to the Heels. My fav moment was also when the ref told K to sit it and shut it. :) Unlike you, I wasn't bound to silence, so I LOL'ed for us both :)
Glad you enjoyed the game. It's nice to know that we can all come together and watch - even 1000s of miles apart.
